Can you help identify the right bearing if I only have equipment specs?
Yes. Our cross-brand technical team can perform bearing selection based on your equipment model, load conditions, speed, operating environment, or dimensional data. Simply describe your application and we'll recommend the optimal SKF or Timken solution with full technical justification.
Do you offer sample orders before committing to a full purchase?

What shipping methods are available?
We support sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, and international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). The recommended shipping mode depends on order volume, urgency, and destination. Our logistics team will propose the most cost-effective option when preparing your quotation.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
For in-stock items, dispatch is typically within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. International transit varies by destination and shipping mode: air freight 3-7 days, sea freight 15-45 days. Exact lead times will be confirmed in your quotation based on current inventory and your location.
What export documents do you provide?
Standard documentation includes: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin, and manufacturer quality/inspection certificates. Additional documents such as phytosanitary certificates, fumigation certificates, or notarized documents can be arranged upon request.
Do you offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or door-to-door service?
Yes, DDP and door-to-door delivery can be arranged for select destinations. We support multiple Incoterms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP. Please specify your preferred trade term when requesting a quotation and we will adjust the pricing accordingly.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and carrier details via email. For sea freight, we provide the B/L number and vessel schedule. You can also contact your dedicated account manager at any time for a real-time status update.

What warranty do the products carry?
All products carry the original manufacturer warranty from SKF or Timken respectively. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions are governed by each brand's standard terms. As an authorized distributor, we can facilitate warranty claims on your behalf and liaise directly with the manufacturer where required.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and product, along with your order number. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or credit note as appropriate. Do not return items without prior written authorization from our team.
Do you provide technical support for bearing selection and installation?
Yes. Our cross-brand technical team offers pre-sales selection support and post-sales installation guidance. We can provide manufacturer installation manuals, maintenance recommendations, and lubrication specifications. For critical applications, we can arrange a technical consultation session.
Can I return products if they are not suitable for my application?
Returns for standard catalogue items in original, unopened packaging may be accepted within 30 days of receipt, subject to a restocking evaluation. Special-order, custom, or non-standard items are generally non-returnable. Please contact us before returning any goods to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How can I verify your authorization status with SKF and Timken?

What quality certifications do you hold?
We operate under an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, which covers procurement, inspection, storage, and outbound logistics for both SKF and Timken product lines. Copies of our ISO 9001 certificate are available upon request.
Can you provide material test reports or third-party inspection certificates?
Yes. Manufacturer material test reports (MTRs) and mill certificates can be provided for applicable products. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or other accredited agencies can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost prior to shipment.
Are your products suitable for use in regulated industries (e.g. nuclear, aerospace)?
SKF and Timken both manufacture products certified for highly regulated industries. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / bank wire), Letter of Credit (L/C at sight), and Western Union for smaller transactions. For established long-term clients, open account terms may be available subject to credit approval. Please discuss your preferred payment method during the quotation stage.
What currencies do you invoice in?
We primarily invoice in USD. EUR and CNY invoicing can be accommodated upon request. The exchange rate applied will be the prevailing rate at the time of invoice issuance, and this will be clearly stated in the proforma invoice.
Is a deposit required before production or dispatch?
For standard orders, we typically require 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation with the balance due before shipment. For large-volume or project orders, payment milestones can be structured to align with delivery schedules. Specific terms will be detailed in the proforma invoice.
Do you accept Letter of Credit (L/C)?
Yes, we accept irrevocable L/C at sight from reputable banks. L/C terms and required documentation will be confirmed at the order stage. We recommend contacting us early in the process so we can align L/C conditions with our standard shipping and documentation procedures to avoid discrepancies.
Are prices fixed, or subject to change?
Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the proforma invoice (typically 7-15 days). Prices may be subject to revision due to manufacturer price adjustments, currency fluctuations, or changes in availability. For long-term project contracts, we can discuss price-lock agreements to provide budget certainty.
